Memorial Day 2011

Happy Memorial day to us!! We went camping for the holiday out to the Coral Pink Sand Dunes and we almost got blown away! We got sand facials all weekend long and I'm pretty sure we ate a few handfuls of sand as well! We had a really great time just being with the family and we did get to sit around the campfire and make smores so that made the trip a success. I'm so grateful for moments like these.

What camping experience would be complete without a rattlesnake sighting. He was all stretched out on the road as we drove by on our 4-wheelers.

Amazingly no one had the thought to run him over.

This was Kati's first time on a 4-wheeler all by herself. She did really good and had a blast!
